Wideband IP Office (hereinafter referred as "Wideband"), values each and every one of its clients' rights to the protection of their privacy and personal information (hereinafter referred as "Information"). This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred as "Policy") covers how Wideband collects, uses, discloses and transfers your information. Please read carefully the following Policy and let us know if you have any questions.

1. Collection of Personal Information

Wideband may collect, process, use and/or internationally transmit the Information when you use the website, request information from us, or engage our legal or other services. In addition, Wideband will collect, process, and use the Information provided by clients for the purpose of providing legal services, legal updates and activity notifications, and conducting client management and business promotion. Such Information may include individuals' names, corporation names, departments, professional titles, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail addresses, postal addresses and other personal information as appropriate for the scope of representation.
You may decide whether or not to submit any aforesaid Information. By using any of our services including our website and by providing us with the Information, you are consenting to the use of your Information as set out in the Policy. Please do not send us any Information if you do not want your Information to be used in this way.

2. Process and Use

Within the scope of the aforesaid purposes, Wideband, as well as its third party agents, will use the Information in the country or territory where Wideband or its third party agents are located.
Wideband may contact the client through non-encrypted e-mails, for the purpose of providing the client with its legal updates, publications, seminar news, invitations, and other notices. (If the client does not wish to be contacted for such purpose, upon the client's written notification, Wideband will cease to provide the client with the aforementioned information.)
The Information may be used for the purposes of recruitment and other legitimate business purposes.

3. Protection of Information

Wideband applies the highest standard of security when it comes to hosting and protecting Information. However, data transmission can be implemented through open, generally accessible and global network such as internet. Although Wideband ensures strict compliance with related laws during the implementation of data transmission, the possibility that exchanged data can be read and changed by unauthorized other parties cannot be ruled out. Wideband will not be liable for disclosures of Information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties. You are entitled to the following rights regarding Information: making a request, in writing, to inspect or review the relevant Information collected by Wideband; requesting, in writing, to make duplications of the Information; requesting, in writing, to supplement, modify, cease to collect, process, use, or delete the Information according to the Personal Data Protection Act.
Wideband will respond to the request in writing within 15 days after receiving such request. Under exceptional circumstances, this period may be extended for another 15 days if necessary and Wideband will keep the client advised of such extension in writing or emails.
The client is requested to contact Wideband in the manner and within the period specified in the notice from Wideband for inspection and or reproduction of the Information at the client's own costs. The client is requested to make another request with Wideband if he/she is not available in the manner and within the period specified.

4. Amendments to this Policy

You agree that Wideband may amend the Policy. Wideband will update the amendments to the Policy on the website.
