The trademark at issue is used by internet banking services and does not produce negative impressions on people. Hence, it is hard to determine if the registration of the trademark at issue constitutes the likely detriment of the distinctive character or repute of the claiming trademarks, and the applicability of the rear part of item 11, paragraph 1, Article 30 of the Trademark Act is naturally nullified.
