As such, TIPO determines that there is a doubt if the designated use of the trademark “歐瑪 OMAR” registered under trademark number 00161901 on “beer houses and bars” has been suspended for three years. According to the law, the TIPO has notified the trademark owner to prove the use of the trademark within such time period by a deadline. However, the trademark owner failed to present any evidence regarding the use of the registered trademark in this case by the deadline of submission or any just reasons for not using the trademark. Its trademark registration is thus revoked accordingly.
